Ordering and Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

• Payment can be made via the Stripe payment gateway.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

• An order can only be changed or canceled while its status is “Processing.” You can check the status of your order in the details of your user account.

Shipping and Delivery

Which countries do you deliver to?

• We deliver worldwide, with the exception of the following countries: UK, Norway, Israel, Chile, India, Turkey, and Russia.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary by location:

• Domestic (Czech Republic): Approximately 3-5 business days.

• Europe: 5-7 business days.

• International: 7-14 business days.

• Please note that these are estimated times and can vary due to external factors.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

• You have the legal right to return purchased goods within 14 days of receiving them. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

• If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please email shop@bontonfilm.cz, include your order number and the reason for the return. Your refund will be issued after we physically receive the goods.
